Returns & Refund

Exchanges / refunds will be issued within 3-5 days from the date the return parcel was received. 
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

The postage costs for returning the parcel have to be paid by the customer.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after your return parcel has reached us.
